VIOLIN LOVER
By Deneb Dragon.
The auditorium was completly full. Wealthy people from all around
the
world, gathering together just to listen to her plays. This was
amazing. This was her dream. People around her were nervous,
yelling,
running, demanding... this was an special night, for royalty had
come
also. Didnīt mean that royalty didnīt show up too often. In
fact, many
kings, queens and princes of some countries she had visited
always came
to see her. Todayīs special moment was due to the fact that
royalty
from many countries had come. Not always kings and queens from
Europe
hade the opportunity to be together in a concert. Raising funds
for the
poor children was something she loved to do, and thanks to these
people
that, otherwise, would hardly give a penny. At least most of
them.
Anyways, though everybody was excited, se was as calm as always.
Concerts had never get into her nerves, for she loved what she
did, so
she played with her heart to herself, just drawing people with
her from
their normal and plain lives.
There had been only one situation when she felt butterflies
playing on
her stomach. It had only happened with Haruka. In their first
kiss, the
feeling was so strong she feared her heart would blow out for
love. The
first night they made love, her senses grew in awareness of her
surroundings. She couldīve felt a fliesīwings in the other room
had she
wanted to, but on that moment, her senses were concentrated on
her
lover, feeling the touch in every inch of her skin, tasting the
lips
she was kissing and bitting gently, hearing her loverīs soft
whispers
and sighs. She felt _love_ in those moments.
She woke up from her daydreaming as she was called to the stage.
Taking
a deep breath to concentrate, she walked towards the platform,
bowed
respectfully to the public and, as the thunder of claps faded
away, she
took the violin up and tenderly placed the bow upon it, driving
delightful first notes to get ready, then starting to play a song
she
made for Haruka once.
Her body shivered as she rememebered the feelings she was having
while
she composed this play. She replayed in her mind and at the same
time
througout the violin how her lips were trembling at Harukaīs
closeness.
Her fingers were caressing the violinīs cords, and her heart
almost
cried of longing for her beloved one, and as she played, she let
out a
sigh, for she wasnīt there: Haruka was on a trip to Europe with
the
Racing Team. She was sure Haruka must be dreaming about her. She
could
swear.
She sighed again, and let herself be carried on with the
following calm
tempo. She dreamed of the kiss, the touch, the warmness... she
dreamed
about Harukaīs love. She felt herself in her arms, dancing upon
a
cloud, feeing the wind surrounding them, hearing the oceanīs
thunder as
the waves broke.
She heared nothing but Harukaīs voice and the sea.
She smell nothing but her colgne and the oceanīs breeze.
She felt nothing but her arms and the caress of the wind.
She saw nothing but her deep green eyes, her wild sandy hair and
the
sunlight upon it.
She tasted nothing but her sweet lips, taking her own life away
in a
deep kiss.
She knew no world but theirs: Haruka and her love.
Michiru oppened up her eyes as the play came to an end. Then she
saw.
She was seated in the third row, in the very center, wearing a
white
tuxedo, so Michiru could easelly find her. Her beautiful sandy
hair
fixed in a tomboy fashion, and her eyes... Oh God!... she was
crying!
It was her beloved Haruka there!... how could it be? she wasnīt
supposed... why was she crying?.
Haruka noticed her mixed look of cheerful concern and smiled to
her,
showing her a lavender flower that threw to the stage, along with
many
other flowers people were throwing.
Michiru, already in tears, bowed to the people, took the lavender
flower, and ran towards the back of the stage, Haruka doing
likewise.
When they met, they kissed as if a year had passed. When finally
the
embrace was broken, Michiru tried to ask how Haruka couldīve
made
herself there that night, since she was supposed to be out of the
country, but Haruka hushed her with a fingertip in her lips, and
she
started herself.
"That was a wonderful playing, Michi! you even drew tears
out of me!".
Michiru was pleased to hear this. "So you liked it. And what
do you
think?".
"There is only one thing I can say. I love you too, my
Michiru."
Michiru was astonished. So she _did_ understand!! she embraced
Haruka
in the verge of tears, thankful for her understanding and for her
love
too. Then she looked up, reaching Harukaīs lips and they melted
together in a long kiss that lasted a lifetime for them.
End (??).
